Adding self-center damper's behaviour( flag shapes, with different loading and unloading stiffness) which is under a lot of research in recent years and a number of students are working on this topic, would provide researcher to work with seismostruct.

Indeed, a new response curve appropriate for the modeling self centering energy dissipative braces, or other systems with flag-based response, will be available in the forthcoming release of SeismoStruct in 2019.

We have not fixed the date yet, however it will probably be in April 2019.
