I am trying to simulate totally rigid links without additional damping and zero mass between my column HEB and IPEs.
Which link element type is totally rigid
May I use the rigid offset lengths through element connectivity window??

You may use the rigid offset lengths, as you propose, or the Rigid Link Constraint Type.
