I wonder why the node labels cannot be seen in the 3d and 2d model. instead, a dark square is shown near the nodes. How can I fix it?

Hello!
When I check the box of the part that shows the node's labels, the thing that is shown is a small square not a number.
this problem exactly happens when I want to see the values of forces, moments in the 3d plot and the deformed shape as well.
I tried to change the graphical settings but it didn't work.
then what should I do now?

The textures of the program are not shown correctly.Uninstalling and re-installing the program should fix the problem.

I'd better say that I use the academic license. after re-installing three wouldn't be any problem with the license and so?
what about when I change my windows(re-installing the windows8.1)?

No there should not be a problem with the registered license, if you re-install.

I re-installed it but the problem still exists.
It may be a problem in release 1. Now I'm downloading the new release (2) and try again. I hope there isn't any problem with the registration with my last registration key, is there?
Do you think that'd be a good solution?
