how to model frames with zero mass,when I do eigenvalue analysis?
We are not sure we understand why would one want to run eigenvalue analysis on a structural model without mass, since the absence of mass will inevitably prevent the attainment of any eigenvalue solution. In any case, if you wish to build a model without mass, just make sure you do not assign any. Please do read the Help System thoroughly, especially the section on mass.
