Problem in academic register for seismostruct 2018

When I enter the academic register key of seismostruct 2018 it takes a long time and the program does not respond and I have to close the program and fail to register

can any one help me in this problem?

Dear User,
This is a known problem. In order to solve this issue please send a message to licensing@seismosoft.com through your academic email address providing a screenshot of the problem (screen with regstration fields and system not responding). You will then be provided with a registry key which you will run and successfully register SeismoStruct.

Also please keep in mind that your message is about SeismoStruct but was posted in the SeismoBuild Topic
