Sol_prb difficulties with FRP model..

Good morning to everybody.

I have a problem with the new version of Seismostruct. In the previous version, I had a 2D model of a simple frame made of concrete reinforced with FRP (FRP-confined concrete Nonlinear model) it worked without any problems(Dynamic time-history analysis).
Once installed the new version, with the same model, I have, already for the analysis for sustained loads, got errors on the solution (Sol_Prb).

Anyone can help me?

Dear KingGiorgione,

Can you please email us one of these models that give you an error when you try to re-run them?

Since the new version of SeismoStruct carries out more stringent checks on the models, it may be the case that it detected a modelling error that had been invisible up until now.

We will be happy to look into this matter.

Dear KingGiorgione,

We can confirm that there was indeed a bug with the FRP model that we have now corrected for the upcoming release of the program (v5.2.2).

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
