very large deformation values

I'm trying to run a dynamic nonlinear analysis, but the analysis stops at a certain point at which the values of the concrete and steel strain in a column are enormous (1e30).
Does anyone know what might be causing this problem?

Dear florin,
From your description, it looks as if you model is structurally unstable (i.e. a mechanism). Can you perhaps re-check it very carefully?
If the problem persists, do send us the model, and we will try to have a look at it. However, we repeat, it does seem to us that there might be a problem with the model, not the software.
