Are there different time analisys of solutions in static pushover analisys between the same model with mass distribuited element or mass concentraded (one point for each floor)?

Yes, distributed mass will strain/stress the beams, thus normally leading to a need for higher number of iterations, hence lengthening analysis time.

Just try the two models yourself and withdraw the resulting conclusions.
