Goodday to everybody of SeismoSoft Team

I'm a PhD student from University of Perugia, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. I have registered my Seismosoft account with my academic mail alban.kita@unipg.it
At 09:30 of June 21th 2018 in the morning, more than 48 hours ago, I sent the request for SeismoSignal through the registration screen when opening the program, and i got an informative message informing me that it takes us up to 48h to send the license.
Since it did not worked, i did it again today June 23th at 17:00.

I need this program to work for my thesis.
My academic mail is: alban.kita@unipg.it

Please let me know for everything.

I'm also having the same problem. I have registered for an academic license for "SeismoArtif" but after 48 hours I have received nothing. I did it several times but... .

You should have received the requested academic license keys by now. We apologise for the delay. We have a large number of academic license key requests due to the release of 2018 versions, hence it is difficult for us to reply to all these requests in time. We would like to assure you that the Licensing team does its best for all our users. We kindly remind you that the trial version of the program is still active.

I'm a student from Institut Teknologi Sumatera in Lampung Indonesia, Department of Civil Engineering. I have registered my Seismosoft account with my academic mail aisyah.21116077@student.ac.id
At 11:47 of March 13th 2020 in the morning, I sent the request for SeismoSignal through the registration screen when opening the program, and i got an informative message informing me that i can not be sent email.

I need this program to work for my thesis.

You can simply request for an academic license using the registration module at the start-up of the programs.

The Licensing Team needs also your name and surname in order to issue the academic license key. Please send your request again providing all the required information.
