hi every one,
I am modelling a reinforced concrete beam,I know that analytically we can compute the cracks opening, I wonder if we can extract a crack opening from the seismostruct output?

We are not sure we understand fully what you mean exactly with "extracting a crack opening" from the program's output?

In any case, you may readily obtain information on crack opening by following the strain/stress history in any given 'Stress Points' that you may define in the 'Analysis Output' module.
