request for academic license.

Dear Seismomatch team,

I am pursuing my graduation in civil engineering. I need seismomatch for my research work. I had requested through the software interface but I have not received any reply although weeks have passed by. Can you provide me the license as soon as possible?
Also, I wanted to know if an academic license is sufficient for using in other seismosoft platforms as well like seismobuild, seismostruct, seismomatch or I have to apply separately.

Regards.

Dear vmax,

The Seismosoft Licensing team has sent the requested academic license keys multiple times to your academic email address and they always receive a mail delivery failure message. The Seismosoft Licensing team should have found way to send you the academic license keys successfully. You should have received the requested academic license keys by now.
Each Seismosoft program requires a different license key for registration.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have used the “Obtain Academic License” option with my academic email balasubramanian.ilango@polytech-lille.net and I haven't been replied yet. Is anything wrong with my account?

Thank you,
