To whom it may concern:

For my MSc research project I am trying to simulate a RC bridge under seismic actions.the deck section contains 5 inner girders. It is possible to modify the number of Inner girders in the box girder section in the software? And if it is how it is done?

No it is not. As an alternative you could either use the rcbgs section type (which is obviously an approximation), or you could calculate the section properties by hand ad employ the elfrm element class with these properties, since decks are designed to remain elastic.
