Hi, I am graduate student of Structural Engineering in Universitas Indonesia. Currently, I am doing my research for my thesis. So, I would like to apply for obtaining the academic license to conduct my research. I had sent email twice, but until now, I haven't get any feedback email. How long does it take to get it. Thank you for the help and information regarding this academic license

How did you apply for the license?
When one applies through the registration screen, an informative message informs him/her that it takes us up to 48h to send the license.
