strain hardening ratio for steel reinforcing

I want to push a RC column until the base moment reach to a specific value (experimental amount). The typical value for reinforcing in the program is 0.05-0.015. When I use them, the analysis was not reach to the specific moment value, but when I use a bigger value (0.05), my analysis was reach to the specific moment value. Other parameters of the materials were not a specific effect on my results and because of this, I change only the strain hardening ratio. Do you thing that the value 0.05 may not true for my analysis? I have this question because the value 0.05 is really bigger than the typical values which are suggest by seismosoft (in user manual 2016).

Material properties in my model:
f'c= 25
fy= 400 MPa

Indeed a value of 0.05 for the strain hardening parameter seems to be, in the general case, rather large.
