Target load factor

Is "target load factor" the maximum load value which is assign to a fram in pushover analysis? Or is it only a factor which is multiply to the force value?

The target load factor is the proposed maximum multiplier for specified loads, not the actual maximum load. The factor is applied to all loads specified as "incremental loads", an not to loads specified to be "permanent loads". Refer to Pages 201 and following of the SeismoStruct Users Manual for additional information, including when displacement control or response control might be a better option for pushover analysis.
