Request to add new intensity parameter

Dear seismosoft

It is my pleaseure to use Seismosignal S/W for analyzing a lot of strong motions
I suggest that it will be nice if you introduce new intensity parameter, destructivess potential factor which was introduced by Araya and Saragoni (1984).
The parameter can be calculated with Arias intensity and number of zero crossing velocity per second.
