Hi arefeh at.
The red fonts in the time step and scaling factor indicate that you input values are not valid. That is why the OK button is inactive.
Once you specify valid valued for all parameters, the box will become active. I suspect that your 0/01 should be 0.01 and your 1/0 should be 1.0.
