i want to know , is it possible to define RC rectangular beam with different reinforcment material (( for example , the beam has 4 bars --> 2 steel and 2 FRP )).

In the current version of SeismoStruct you may employ one material for the reinforcement in the reinforced concrete sections, whereas in the jacketed reinforced concrete sections you may define two different materials-one for the internal reinforcement (pre-existing part) and one for the external reinforcement (new part).
