Significant duration

Is there a way in which the significant duration can be changed from the 0.05-0.95 interval to 0.1-0.9 interval for the calculation of the ground motion parameters?

I don't think that what you want to do is possible, given that SeismoSignal, according to the Help System, makes use of one of the two commonly employed measures of significant duration, which correspond to time intervals between 5-75% and 5-95% of Arias Intensity.
You can suggest for that editing feature to be included in future versions of SeismoSignal in the 'Future developments & requests' forum.
