SeismoStruct allows you to automatically transform the mass into gravity loads, in the 'Mass and Gravity' settings.

If you want to do the opposite, I think you should properly assign the mass you intend, by means of materials self weight or lumped/distributed mass elements, taking off, if needed, the corresponding amount from the permanent loads.

We confirm that in SeismoStruct it is currently not possible to transform loads into mass. Only the opposite (mass into loads) can be done, as noted by Ricardo already.
