In current version of Seismostruct the performance criteria can only be set to control the response of inelastic frame elements and members whose response is elastic. Is there any way to set the performance criteria for the infill element?

No, the infill element does currently not feature in the 'Performance Criteria' facility. We will certainly consider this as a possible future development.
