Seismosoft | Earthquake Engineering Solutions

I recently installed SeismoSignal. I need to use this software for one of my major courseworks. However, unfortunately I cannot access the help file of the programme.

I disabled User Account Control as suggested by a previous post. However, this has no effect whatsoever.

I would greatly appreciate any remedies to this problem. Will this affect the functioning of the programme in any major way, and is there any way to access the help file?

Have you tried opening the Help System from the Start menu (Start -> Programs -> SeismoSoft -> SeismoSignal -> Help System)? It should do the trick.
