error message in running seismostruct

Hi,
After a Windows XP crash, I had to reinstall SeismoStruct as several other softwares. The installing procedure seemed to run properly but when I launch the software I got this error message "Invalid argument to date encode" and the SeismoStruct window appear modified and unable to work. If I try to close the program I have another error message "access violation at address 0042FCC5 in module SeismoStruct.exe. Read of adress 000000018" and I have to use the task manager to stop the program. I've tried several times to uninstall the software, delete the SeismoSoft folder, clean the register, reboot the system and reinstall again but it doesn't work.
Have you already encountered a similar problem?
Are there any other step to try for solving this problem?
Thank you very much for your kind help.
