compatability in seismosignal and seismomatch

When I read the output file from seismomatch using seismosignal, why the A95 parameter (g) and predominant period are interchanged....

You are indeed right, the correct values are the SeismoSignal ones. We will fix the bug in SeismoMatch in its next release.
