is Specific weight reason only self-weight of the panel
how i can put vertical load on the panel
how i know if the panel failure

In order to increase the vertical loads on the panel, you may introduce an artificially high specific weight (i.e. higher than the actual self-weight of the panel) or apply higher vertical loads in the upper nodes of the panel.
For in-plane failure, you need simply to adequately calibrate the constitutive model of the infill panel element.
Read the Help System, the publications referred in it, and then "play" with the model a bit, in order to understand how it really works.
