hi,
i wonder if seismostruct is able to convert capacity curve resulted from static pushover analysis into capacity spectrum needed for ATC-40 Method

SStruct does not do such function.
However, you can use other resources, such as:
"SELENA - SEismic Loss EstimatioN using a logic tree Approach"
Such package is a comprehensive series of Matlab files and provide all the required functions. Link to the website:
