Displacement timehistory

Hi All!
Is there anyway i can use displacement timehistory as input instead of acceleration timehistory?
I recently conducted some experiments of pounding response of adjacent bridge components subjected to spatially varying ground motions using two shake tables. during processing of the acceleration i realized that, even though the filter and baseline correction give a good match with the recorded displacement history, the relative displacement(calculated from integrated acceleration for two table motions) are bit high compared to measured one. This could effect the pounding response of the bridge. It would be more accurate to use displacement record directly as the shake table control was also based on displacement control.
is there any way to do this in seismostruct?
many thanks
