Modelling diaphragm action

How can I model slab diaphragm action in 3D building structures?
We are currently implementing the possibility of assigning nodal constraints in SeismoStruct. Whilst awaiting for such possibility to be available, you may use the truss elements to create a system of horizontal pinned crossed-braces that feature the same stiffness as the slab panel itself. For square panels this implies that the axial stiffness of each brace (EA/L) must be approximately equal to 35% the stiffness of the slab (1/(L^3/12EI+L/AG)).
