okay after many hours i saw that when i give the acceleration time-history in g units,i don't have problem because the program settings have all the windows(and the elastic/inelastic spectrum).But when i give the acceleration time -history in cm/sec2 units when i go to define my spectral period range and step the tools-> settings does not appear the tab window of elastic /inelastic spectrum.in this occasion it appears only the ground motion parameters!it is not very useful!

Yes, there seems to be indeed a bug in the program, which we will try to solve as soon as possible.
