I am getting this error while running the analysis ( Unable to apply the entire permanent load. analysis terminated) ... please tell me what is this problem about??? (I am trying to apply a incremental load at a structural load through static pushover analysis...)

If you carry out a search in this Forum on the expression "Unable to apply" you will find 43 discussions threads on the matter, which will certainly allow you to appreciate the multitude of reasons that could be behind the behaviour that you have observed.
