Hi
strain hardenineg parameter as indicate in help
Esp=(fult-fy)/(eult-fy/Es)
where fult and eult represent the ultimate or maximum stress and strain capacity of the material, respectively. Its value commonly ranges from 0.005 to 0.015. The default value is 0.005.
Please see the help manual carefully.

Around 18%. Check for example

For design purposes obviously it has to be significantly reduced.
