how can i determine dominate frequency by seismosignal ?
That depends on what you mean by "dominant frequency".
If you mean that which gives a maximum spectral acceleration for the elastic case and a particular damping, it is easily enough read form the response spectrum for such.
If you mean that which produces the maximum response in a bilinear inelastic oscillator, then it is a different value from the one above, but still determined form the appropriate response spectrum.
If you mean that which has a maximum amplitude in the Fourier or Power spectrum, it would be yet another value.
All of these features - elastic response spectra, inelastic response spectra, Fourier and Power spectra - are immediately apparent in the SeismoSignal tabs. And the response spectra are available for acceleration, velocity, and displacement.
