I am modelling a T shape section Wall and I require to obtain stresses and strains at the wall ends. There seems to be some error obtained from the Peak Strain and stresses output table. It also seems that the coordinates to be introduced for the stresses and strains at selected points are referenced with respect to the centroid of the section. Is this the case?.

I have a 2.1 m long Wall. To obtain the right strain I need to define an output point at (-1.5 m) seems to be the distance to the centroid but the other point has to be defined at 2.1 m (total Wall lenght) instead of 2.1 m -1.5 m.

Yes, the stress/strain points coordinates should be defined with reference to the section baricentre. Whilst normally the program carries checks to make sure that stress/strain points are correctly defined before the start of the analysis, a bug was preventing this from happening.

We will correct this stress/strain points coordinates checking problem; in the meantime, just make sure that you define them correctly (you can manually check things with a simple model featuring a single element and elastic material).
