Modeling ACTIVE+PASSIVE Confinement

Hi,
Does anybody have any experience using SeismoStruct modelling a hybrid Active+Passive confined cross section?
Let's say in a circular RC cross sectional column which is confined with FRP jacketing (passive)+SMA wires (active) around it. (Cross section from inside to outside includes: Concrete+FRP wrapping+SMA wires wrapping)
However, how about modelling the active confining pressure by itself?
