hello;
in the case of dynamic time history analysis i have 6 story model after run and apply the afew steps of loading(always before apply the pick accelerations )it warnings" Unable to apply the next load step" also i have done the same model with pushover analysis and a dynamic time history for 3 story building,so there was no problem with modeling, i really dont know what to do.

As discussed in other posts (e.g. search this Forum on "convergence difficulties"), your structure is probably collapsing due to excessive material deformations (check performance criteria or strain-stress history in critical sections).
