I modeled 4storey RC frame in seismostruct and I want to static analysis(non-variable load) but when I use infrmFB I encounter to problem of convergence but in the cases of elfrm or infrmDB I dont have any problem. but I want to use infrmFB what should I do?
and this is my model

Hi,
did you try to set the performance criteria for all the materials? By using these criteria you can check if the load that you are applying is leading the structure to collapse.

Thanks
yes I did it but with this size of loading most of them are yielding no collapse.
if you check my model you can see it.

snozhati,
You have set only yielding performance criteria, hence it is really not possible to understand if the concrete is crushing or not.
We have added such criteria, and did indeed confirm that your loading is pushing your concrete to strain levels that are well beyond its compressive capacity. (you can also select concrete strain monitoring points, in order to appreciate the strain-stress response of the material)
In other words, your structure is collapsing and this is why you are getting convergence difficulties; if you reduce your horizontal loading by a factor of e.g. 10, the analysis will converge.
