You need to subdivide the columns to two members, one below the windows and one at the height of the windows.
Then define the infills connecting the nodes of the lower column members. This cannot be done with the Wizard and has to be modelled in the main SeismoStruct window. However it can be done from the Building Modeller by defining a free height to the infills (Geometry section).

Yes I did I do subdivide the columns to two members, one below the windows and one at the height of the windows.But

but I still can't observe the short column effect of the wall as long as I can't make a rigid connection

We cannot check all aspects of your model. However, two things that we noticed are that you do not need the diagonal rigid links to simulate the infill stiffness and that you have not selected all members in the code-based checks (the unchecked members are not checked).
