Dear seismosoft,
I create a lot of model by section tab. This error is only for sections that create based on section type: rcars.
I create a model by rcars and also by rcrs. The results were different. You cannot say that this bug doesn't have any effect in the results and it was only a bug for view.
Also, I change my windows and install seismostruct again. but the problem was remained.
Therefor, this bug had major effects on analysis results. Please solve it in the next version.

Re: Error in view Discretization
As explained before in the post the bug is related to the DISPLAY of the section discretization ONLY in the pre-processor. The discretization for analytical purposes is done elsewhere in the code and is not affected by this bug. Hence, for the same reinforcement the results should be the same. If not, please check again the modelling of your sections.
In any case, and since it seems from your numerous messages that you feel uncomfortable with the program, we stress again that SeismoStruct has been used by thousands of users worldwide during the last 15 years and we believe it is adequately verified. This is very well shown in the examples presented in the verification report. If you feel that it has bugs, you are free to use another software.
Finally note that, being a small company, Seismosoft cannot provide personalised support to our thousands of academic users. We try to hard to provide free support to our academic users and debug their models, however the conclusion that there is a bug in the program (and not a problem in ones modelling), whenever one gets unexpected results, is preposterous.
