I applied the sma at the plastic hinges
Now how do I get the post yield behaviour and in pushover analysis can we check the unloading phase and elements behaviour ?

SeismoStruct has several post-processing modules, whereby you can obtain all the structural parameters you need.
We are not sure what you mean with 'the unloading phase ', but SeismoStruct possesses the ability to model correctly the descending branch of the capacity curve. Further, you may easily obtain the element parameters (deformations and forces) from the post-processor.
