Do we have to uninstall firstly the previous version before installing the new one?

Dear TUC,

If you have already installed SeismoStruct v7.0.0, you should uninstall it before starting the SeismoStruct v7.0.1 installation. If you have older versions of SeismoStruct, you don't need to uninstall them.

Hi, I have sent an email to request a license key for SeismoStruct v7 on April 14 but didn't take a reply,

my academic email is serkan.misir@deu.edu.tr and my other email is serkan.misir@gmail.com

An email with your academic license key was sent to serkan.misir@deu.edu.tr email address on 15/04/2015. Seismosoft licensing team will resent you the academic license key by the end of the day.

academic license key seismostruct ver 7.0.3

You can simply request for an academic license using the registration module at the start-up of the programs.

I have already installed Seismostruct (version 7.03) in a laptop and i would also like to install it in another PC of mine. Should i try to obtain another academic liscence or can i use the same (already obtained) key number when registering it?

As mentioned in the license agreement, one license key may be used per computer.
Further, one academic license key may be provided per academic user.

I would like to ask you something else too. Is there any way to void the academic liscence that i have already obtained and ask for a new one in order to be able to work on my new PC, instead of working on my old computer?
