element orientation error message

Good evening
Did somebody obtein this error in Seismostruct new version?
"Impossibile determinare l'orientamento dell'elemento"
What can I do? [B)]

It is because the program cannot determine the orientation of an element, most commonly a frame element with the three nodes on the same line.

Can you please send the model to support@seismosoft.com? Normally, the program should have prevented the definition of an element without orientation. It is something to be corrected (unless the stuctural model was created with an older version).

I created the model with an older version of Seismostruct. Pheraps the error dues to what you said. I should control better the frame orientation. Thank you!
