I requested the academic license for SeismoStruct and SeismoBuild. When I click send detail in the request information dialog box, the program stopped and terminated. I'm not sure the license request is successful or not.

I am a civil engineering student in one of the colleges in India. I have placed several requests for academic license through the software as well as via email to licensing@seismosoft.com but have not received any reply or license key. Kindly help me in this regard.

We checked our records and we found out that we received just one request from you on 11 September (which was a Saturday) and we sent you the license on Monday 13 September.
As noted on the message displayed, the licenses are normally sent within 48h after the request.
