Hello
Actually I have the same problem, I tried to register on different machines (win7 & win10) and the same problem ocurred.
Registering the program as Administartor didn't work either. I have sent an email to (licensing@seismosoft.com) two days ago and I got no reply till now.
I think the problem is related to the license.
Help please.

Dear Abdallah Magdy,

A new version of SeismoStruct, SeismoStruct 2018 Release-2 Build-50, is available. Could you please install the new version and let us know if you can register successfully?

I have triuble with my academic license message "Failed to get data for UBR"

Dear o.badla,

The Licensing Team checked your license and it works properly.

Could you please uninstall the version you use, download the current version from SeismoStruct's Support page, https://seismosoft.com/support/seismostruct-support/, and install it again?
