There are several publications on the localisation issues in fibre modelling.

In order to clarify your response and be able to search accordingly. The localisation issue lies with the infrmFB element model? So the the accurate behavior is displayed by the infrmFBPH model?

No, the localisation issues are related to all fibre models.
