Error in defining stress point

Post by mubillah »

Hello,
I was trying to define a stress point to observe the strain along the rebar. While defining the stress point I got the following error message:

Unidentified section type (C:\users/santon\document\myprograms\seismosprograms_2018\seismostruct\newstresspnt.pas,line6935).
I am currently using version 2018 release 2. Previously when I used older version (2017 or 2015) I was able to define the stress point. Would you please let me know how to solve this issue.

Thanks,
Muntasir

Dear mubillah,

Thank you for reporting this problem.
Indeed there is a bug in defining stress points in circular sections, and it will be fixed as soon as possible.
