The message is a warning. It means that there is uplift in one of the footings after the application of the initial (gravity) loading, which is not reasonable. If this is something that you expected, ignore the message

I am having convergence issue stating that "Norm of out-of-balance Deformations" at nodal points. What is the possible solution to this? Any answer is highly appreciated.

The message means that the program cannot achieve convergence, due to instabilities in the model.

Dear akis95,

Could you please explain how the 51_Example_Footing_BaseInput.spf project "it doesn't seem to work"?
Do you use the current version of SeismoStruct v2022-Release 3-Build 25?

Hello, Is it possible to model a soil strata (30 m depth) consisting of 6 different soil layers (5 m depth of each) with different properties in SeismoStruct for pile foundation? Is it possible to model layered soil (non uniform) having different properties with varying depth? Kindly help.

Unfortunately not. SeismoStruct is a program for the analysis of framed structures. What you describe is beyond the capabilities (and the scope) of the program.
