This seems to be a structural analysis question more so than a SeismoStruct question. Parapets might be evaluated using acceleration ouptut at the roof from a time history analysis. Walls might be evaluated from story drift.

In SeismoStruct there no performance criteria can be defined for non-structural elements.
In future releases performance criteria will be defined for infill panels. Regarding other non-structural elements that cannot be directly modeled in SeismoStruct, there is available information in relevant Codes, Regulations and documents, such as ASCE 41-17. In any case this is probably a question that you should discuss with your supervisor.
