I have two questions :
1- Why does my help program the following message?
" Help file not found for the selected installation language".
2- If I send one of my files, you can check the problem of not analyzing the time history and the fbd_ite & fbd_tol message?
"What address do you send to the file".

1. the fact that the program cannot find the help file for the selected language means that there is a problem with the installation. Try uninstalling and installing again the program
2. If you carry a search in the forum for fbd_ite & fbd_tol you will find plenty of resources on convergence problems.

I did a lot of searches for fbd_ite & fbd_tol in the forum, but none of my problem was resolved.

Can it be a case of exceeding the structural capacity of the member? If you apply larger forces than a member can sustain, you will not get convergence.
