I have a suggestion, the option of modelling a different number of longitudinal steel bars in the columns. Some buildings have columns with different number of bars in the joint columns-beams and it would be easy to have the capacity of model it in the the building modeller of seismostruct.

In the current version, you may use the "Different Integration Sections" option available in the Element Classes, or you may subdivide the element to assign the sections with the proper reinforcement.
