Bond Slip Model

Post by rashid »

Hi Seismosoft team,

The link below leads to a paper which gives details of a bond slip model developed & demonstrated for use with Seismostruct. The model does not use a link/spring element; its a zero-length fiber element accounting for bond slip. I just want to know if this bond slip element will be available for use in Seismostruct in future.

Best regards,
Rashid

Indeed, we are currently discussing about implementing this particular model in SeismoStruct.
Probably it will be available in v2020 or v2021.
